A Level- Market analysis is general and descriptive. Historic data and selected comparable properties are analyzed to gauge the economic climate of the subject’s market.

A & B Level- Level A and further data analysis includes market surveys prepared by propriety firms and agencies to supplement local MLS data.

A, B, & C Level-  level B and C. next, a level “C” analysis incorporates future oriented forecasting techniques. Demand and absorption analysis includes future projections of market fundamentals such as population, income, and employment. The analysis includes primary data compiled from ground surveys and direct surveys of active market participants.
